Moving the Study of Mobility and Migration to New and Better Places
Abstract
Mobility and Migration in Ancient Mesoamerican Cities should be considered a seminal work for the topic of mobility and migration studies in Mesoamerica. Each chapter in the book adds something new for the reader, both on the topic of mobility and migration studies and on Mesoamerican cultures in general. The fundamental value of this book lies in its ability to compel the reader to critically analyze the different, but still similar definitions of mobility and migration and come to their own conclusion of how and why the ancient Mesoamerican people moved around the landscape.Downloads
